. David Pate - saxophone

Saxophonist David Pate grew up in Clearwater, Fl., graduated from the Unversity of South Florida and then moved to New York in 1979. After becoming part of the local music scene there, he developed a reputation for versatility, including stints with Ronald Shannon Jackson, Sahib Sarbib, Aretha Franklin, and Tony Bennett.
